Janie Ponder

Jayne Ponder (she/her/hers) was born and raised in East Tennessee, and she is a current member of the Washington, D.C. community.  As a long-time volunteer in state, local, and national elections, she has seen first-hand the power of civil engagement and turnout at the polls to empower communities and individuals.  Jayne seeks to increase participation in every election at all levels of government.

 

Jayne holds a Bachelor's degree from Wake Forest University and a J.D. from Harvard Law School.  She currently works as an attorney in Washington, D.C.
